          Ik weet hoe het voelt.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

          Ik stond daar zelf, als commerci\u00eble leider. Keihard werken, kwartaal druk, targets, brandjes blussen, down de operationele rabbit-hole, maar zodra het spannend werd? Stilte. Iedereen zei “ja”, maar deed “nee”. Weerstand.<\/p>\n

          Het voelde als ploeteren in drijfzand.<\/p>\n

          Tot mijn wake-up call kwam: een plan is waardeloos als mensen niet mee bewegen.<\/h4>\n

          Ik deed wat de meesten niet durven:
          Ik verkocht mijn huis, stapte uit een succesvolle carri\u00e8re en investeerde big-times in mezelf om 2 jaar aan INSEAD,\u00a0 Master in Change te gaan studeren. Een bold move \u2014 en g\u00e9\u00e9n half commitment.<\/p>\n

          Ik wilde tot op het bot<\/em> leren begrijpen h\u00f3e je duurzame<\/em> verandering leidt. Want dat is essentieel om impact te kunnen maken. We hebben leiders nodig die D\u00c1T begrijpen en kunnen.\u00a0<\/p>\n

          Niet op papier. Maar in gedrag, emotie en vertrouwen.<\/p>\n

            Mijn overtuiging is; Je kunt pas anderen leiden als je jezelf durft te leiden.<\/p>\n

              Growth & Transformation Margerieth served as one of three INSEAD Lecturers for the Ablaze program the school offered to Tata Consultancy Services on behalf of the Tata Management Training Center in the autumn of 2022. As faculty director for this program, I was able to observe the impact she had on the group of 40 participants she led, working as a team with two other lecturers serving the same batch of 120. Margerieth helped to design the portions of these sessions delivered by lecturers (in partnership with faculty) and ensured that the learning was “new news,” thought-provoking, and relevant. The participants dialed into this online program from around the globe so sometimes they were enervated, especially after a long day’s work. Margerieth injected energy into her group and constantly kept them on their toes through intelligent questioning, getting people to play off one another’s comments, and adding her thoughts in a way that built on what participants were saying without making it an exercise in downloading her knowledge. Margerieth is also a first-rate facilitator. In terms of content, she has exceptional strengths in leading change and leading people and organisations through transition.
